Foot-Heel Pain stage 1 exercises

These are the stage 1 foot/heel pain exercises. These are designed to begin the process of rebuilding the muscles and tendons that support the foot.

In the beginning perform up to 2 sets of the exercise routine. Build up to 3 sets over a period of 2-3 weeks. These can be done every other day but the stretches should be done every day and multiple times per day.
